*Update: Thank you to Kayla for taking care of this situation for me, she helped get my refund and was super sweet and professional. Rented my unit 4days ago only to find out they left the master lock on. I had a thin time slot to get the truck into town, unload and return before work. Now im wasting milage and have to drop all my stuff off at a family members. Wow! 4days!
