This is not a review of the therapist's at Sonoran Life Solutions but it is a review of their front desk staff. My wife has Cyclic vomiting syndrome which is characterized by episodes of severe vomiting that have no apparent cause. Episodes can last for hours or days and alternate with symptom-free periods. Episodes are similar, meaning that they tend to start at the same time of day, last the same length of time, and occur with the same symptoms and intensity. My wife had an appointment scheduled for her therapist today which I attempted to cancel after spending the night in the ER the front desk person informed me there would be a 50.00 cancelation fee I told the front desk staff that my wife has CVS and was in the ER and was not up to the appointment. She would not listen and showed no sympathy I am currently unemployed because of Covid-19 and 50 bucks is tuff right now considering my copay is only 10.00 she didn't care stating this is there policy no exceptions. I find her lack of understanding and cold demeanor not a good look for a therapist's office. I will continue to let my daughter go there because of the difficulty she has had finding a therapist but I am not so sure about my wife. This is an update 2 days later I took my daughter to her scheduled appointment we were running late my daughter met with her therapist and the first thing she did was scold her about being late. I guess the problem with my wife's appointment effected my daughter's she made it a point to point out that she doesn't feel right about charging for the full amount. My daughter didn't feel welcome anymore got up and left and asked to leave after only 5 minutes. When we got home I called back and canceled all future appointments at my daughter's request. Oh, by the way we got charged anyway so much for not feeling right charging clients for less than a full session. Needless to say we are looking for a new therapist.

Literally the biggest phony place to go to! They lie about caring for your needs. They lie about billing. They lie before you walk into the office and make promises they shouldn’t have. Once that was disclosed to the owner she said that didn’t happen. Yeah because she was on the phone right. They charge a fee even when they know you can’t afford it espicially during a world wide pandemic. This location doesn’t strive to help or keep their patients. When I called to complain the owner asked question if liked the therapist trying to wheel me back into going before even addressing the issue. False advertisement. Fake people. Save your time, money, & deductibles for some apps to download on your phone. The apps would be more effective! Take it from someone who went to this location for over a month!

They need new front staff seriously, they are unwelcoming and rude, especially when someone is in need of help, thats not ok. The only reason I bring my daughter back is Mallory!! She's awesome, I give her 5 stars. Brittany needs a different job, she's the worst!!!
