My husbands appt was his third appt for a head and neck mri. He wasn’t able to complete the first two wo pain, the tech at standup mri was awesome very accommodating to him. The office staff was great.

My lower back was killing me. They got me in the same day I called. Everyone was so courteous and caring. Very short waiting in reception and when I got my MRI it was seated and very open...didnt have to go in a tube!!!

This place is the most amazing place I ever been. The staff and management are very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited and offered me a snack as well. The atmosphere there was so awesome with all the decorations it was like a museum of cool stuff. They are very different compared to the traditional imaging places. I think their goal is to go above and beyond to provide a different experience to make you feel at home. They didn’t have hard chairs to sit on like most places. They had comfortable couches and chairs to sit down on. They had your choice of movies or tv shows to watch while you were getting your MRI done. It’s a great distraction and helps make the time go by real fast. The staff were all very friendly and so was the manager there as well. I could see that everyone loved to work there, and that says a lot about the facility. I felt like I was part of the family. I hope I need another MRI just so I could go back and visit everyone again. Thanks again everyone.
