This customer service and service department was fabulous. They took the time to keep us appraised of what was going on with our RVs and took us out..showed us the parts that they were replacing ands Explained why. Trained us in the upkeep of our generators. Although we were there for our generators and our batteries., They did a roof inspection and discovered a leak that needed immediate attention. Very thorough and very professional

Nice clean place, and its huge inside. They had everything I needed and the guys at the parts counter were super helpful. It's so clean it looks brand new inside I asked the guy helping me if they just opened he told me they have been open for almost 5 years. I will continue to buy my parts from here.

I’m very disappointed I did not know of State Trailer RV & Outdoor supplier sooner! I needed a couple of small things that I couldn’t find anywhere, not even camping world, but I found it here based off of a recommendation! When I went in, I spent about an hour cruising the isles, amazed that such a store exist, especially for the prices they offer! I literally would’ve saved 10-20% if I bought things here than at camping world! The parts desk was super helpful, the checkout ladies were sweet and amazing too!

We were passing through on a road trip and were only going to be here maybe a week at most but they squeezed us in because our fridge wasn't working on 12V. Most all other RV services were out a couple weeks or some a month or more. They diagnosed our problem and found it was a wiring issue that may have been a user error. They also answered a few questions since we're newbie RVers. They were very helpful and they have a free RV dump in the back. They also have the largest RV store we have seen.
