This is one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very very long time. I am a novice at best in the leatherworking world and came in with a ton of questions. I was greeted by two employees at the door has helped the entire time I was there! I was looking for a lot of different things and looking for some guidance and are three of the employees that were working were absolutely great help! I was shown some different techniques on several of the tools that I was buying and had questions about several of them that I wasn't going to buy today but they were still very glad to show me! Tandy should be very very proud of this store! I've done most of my leather work shopping online due to distance from any real stores but decided to drive up today and it was worth every mile. Tandy, your employees gained you a customer for life!

My boyfriend and I went in here for the first time today. He was looking to get into leather working but needed guidance on where to start and what to buy. The staff here was phenomenal! They dropped everything they were doing to get a feel for what he is looking to do with the craft and showed him around. Afterward, they got him a great deal on the price, too, with a membership for a year. This is more than a store; it's a community.
Reasonable prices if you have a discount membership. Knowledgeable sales staff. Very helpful if you want a demonstration on a tool and how they work. I would give five stars if manager offered special offers or discounts to regulars but...
They have really utilized this space to carry a lot, wide variety of things, super friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking into getting into leather craft this is not only a good place to start, but also a good resource to connect with lessons and information.
