First and foremost. This is one of the most honest, if not THE most honest shop I’ve ever experienced! I went in with what I thought was an issue (due to my research and other shops saying the same thing over the phone). Well, the issue was something completely different, something cheaper. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable! Plus the 3 year 36,000 (maybe 30,000 I don’t remember) mile nationwide warranty is amazing too! Thank you everyone!

Incredible service. I was able to work with Hunter and other staff members, all were professional and informative. I felt confident knowing I was getting honest answers to all my questions. They were able to help me navigate immediate repair needs, and repairs that could wait till my next oil change without causing damage to the car. They were able to fix my car within the day, and provide a vehicle for the day for me to use. I would recommend this group to everyone!
I told the Tech 1 team about a friend who was struggling with the economic and personal impacts of Covid. She was a single mom whose house had been ravaged by Covid twice and had lost many extended family members. Her family members had to take time off from their hourly jobs and were facing the financial implications from that. When she finally was cleared to return to work-- her 15-year old car wouldn't start. The team went above and beyond for her; picked up the car, worked on it for her, and dropped it back off at her home. When I last talked to her, she told me that it is running GREAT. They are a team with a HEART for their customers. While, they have been my team-- working on my car for at least 7 years-- after witnessing many of these acts of helpfulness, I won’t take my car anywhere else!
I want to say thank you for everything you guys did and awesome jobs with my car I appreciate the help you gave my and my family with out the car I couldn't work I was using my neighbors car to go work but now thanks to you I have a car to get to work and home is a blessing may God bless you with more my car runs very smoothly like never before so I am very grateful thank you God is good
I am so impressed with the level of service and expertise from the team at Tech 1 Auto. They did great work on my truck, fixed the essentials and wrote a plan for recommended repairs. The price was fair, work completed on time and kept communication open. Then a few weeks later I get this nice thank you card with two movie passes. You already had my business but now I'll be sure to send others there as well. Thank you!!!!
