I love it there. They are so kind and helpful they just make sure you are being safe. I so glad that they cared about me and my well being. That for my birthday wish I am going to raise 50,000 For you guys. I just can't thank you guys enough for what you did! I really appreciate it and you guys can change the lives of many. Girlfriend went there over the summer and they told her to go to another doctor and did nothing. That's not even a hyperbole, they just immediately referred her to another office and sent her a bill for over 1,000 just for nurses using flashlights. A couple months later got collections and debt collectors calling despite never having been sent a bill. Insurance sorted it out and paid everything, but they're still sending debt collectors EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PAID. I've looked at reviews for this hospital for months now and they will keep charging you after everything is paid and make sure to ruin your credit without even informing you of anything. You're better off dying in the street than going here.
Best hospital ever! Way better than OSF. Will come here again in the future.
The staff is rude. They hold you against your will in freezing waiting rooms. They don't keep you informed. I have been locked back here since 10:30 am freezing and getting sick and no one will tell me anything or let me leave. This is the worst hospital in the area. Do not ever come here
Total waste of time and money. Find another hospital! They’ll force you to wait 30 minutes for the slightest thing, don’t pay attention to your food order, and take away every imaginable freedom you have! You PAY for it to be done to you too. That’s the crazy part...
