The best customer interaction I have ever had at any car dealership. Colin was pleasant, helpful, understanding of my covid concerns. He did everything he could to keep me safe while I am in quarantine. I could hear his smile over the phone each time we talked. Pearl is 30 miles from me, but circumstances took me there. Pearl is one of the few dealerships I have worked with that I can trust. When they quote you a monthly payment, the final number always comes back less than what they quoted. Most dealers always try to get a few extra dollars out of you. The Salesman, Nick, very nice, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. Everyone there has the attitude of \Customer First\. Something we don't get very often. This is my second vehicle purchased from Pearl, and I can guarantee, I will be back when I am ready for my next one.
