I was so happy to see that they opened up a shop in NY! I originally went to their shop in Myrtle beach and fell in love with everything about it especially the BBQ sauces. The guy behind the counter is amazing and very attentive. 10/10 recommend this location and the company. If you go they give samples of anything you want. I recommend the whiskey BBQ sauce you wont regret it.

I absolutely LOVE the Pepper Palace!! I'm happy they finally came to Albany!! Unlike that one bad review, I think they are worth the wait!! They have an incredible variety of Hot Sauces, Salsas and Rubs!! The interim manager, Christian, is actually the manager of the Syracuse location (which I've been too as well as the New Orleans and Minneapolis locations. Have I mentioned I love the Pepper Palace?) and he is very personable and knows his products. If you're a heat freak or a foodie that loves big flavor do yourself a favor and get to the Pepoer Palace and let your imagination and taste buds run wild. If I could give Christian and the Pepper Palace 10 stars I would, but the Google scale only goes to 5.

Best sauces around hands down! The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and helpful, all the sauces I tried tasted great. Bought four, favorite definitely being the smokehouse Buffalo style wing sauce! 100% recommended

This was our first time at a Pepper Palace. Out of all of the samples that we had tried there wasn't a single one we didn't like (we had tried about 20 different items lol). I easily could have tried everything in the whole store The! The manager was extremely knowledgeable about the products that they have. The blueberry bbq sauce is amazing. My favorite so far has got to be the Hummus Salsa. Trust me, its so good! They have a large variety of sauces, rubs and marinades. I'm so glad they are here in the capital region, I will definitely be back soon!

Went to the store on my lunch, went with Christians recommendation on sauce. Loved it, be back for more. He was great and the store has everything!!!

The gentleman was soo helpful! My husband and I walked in only to look for our favorite sauce and after trying different sauce options the gentleman had explained to us we walked out with 5 more that we LOVE!!!! Highly recommend!
