I've gone to Pepper Palace twice and both times were wonderful! Sean helped me and was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their products, he also let me try samples and explained the ingredients! I bought seasoning for my dad and a couple of jams for myself, I use them often! I had such an enjoyable experience, I'll definitely be back, thanks Sean!

The staffs were mother and son when I visited the store. They were so friendly and professional to welcome us as first time customers. I came here because of a friend's referral and the store blew my mind with variety of spice of difference level of spiciness. I was introduced to hot sauce which I intended to buy but I fell in love with seasoning, salsa too. I highly recommend this place and I think my hot sauce taste just get to another level after visiting this place. Thank you Pepper Palace for making pepper world a part of art in cooking

Great staff and great place for beginner heat lovers. The hottest item they have is "The End Flatliner" which is around 6million Scoville. Which is hot but not crazy. The CSR was very friendly and courteous.

Great selection of Spices and Sauces. Got the hottest Horseradish here and some great Steak marinade. The lady at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the things we wanted and more. She made us feel welcome and want to come back. We are from Leavenworth Kansas so will have to find another location near us.

This place is extremely friendly and very very knowledgeable on its spice. The woman that works here and helps me every time I come in, is always delightful to talk to and knows her stuff! If you’re looking for heat, a challenge, sauces that are flavorful yet give you that hellish kick THEN THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I am a die hard spice crazed individual and when it comes to looking for the next big thing, this place always provides!

My husband and were intrigued when we walked by and saw some products in the window. When we walked in it was life changing!!! We have never seen some many different combinations of spices and sauces everything smelled so good and the ingredients were AWESOME! The lady at the counter even let us taste some before we bought them. She was so nice and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service. I told my husband that from now on I'm only shopping there for spices no more HEB. Definitely my go to spot for spices and BBQ sauce as well as wing sauces. Highly recommend! A *****
