Went in today and the staff making the sandwiches was awesome. Super friendly. Food was delicious. Lost a star for cleanliness near the pop dispenser. No trash can and food is just left on tables. Floors were dirty.

Great food, excellent cheese steak, but their policy of no drink refills is ridiculous. Not allowing the reuse of a cup due to COVID is normal these days, however most restaurants just offer to give you a new clean cup when you want to refill. Yes this costs the restaurant a little more, but given that there really isn’t that much dine-in business anyway, this would not affect their bottom line that much.

Fresh off the grill and into your mouth. That's the way to enjoy a real Philly Steak Sandwich, and that's just what you'll find at Pepperjax. Cancel that trip to Philadelphia! Sure there are other item on the menu, but who cares?

Pepperjax used to be a place that I was excited to go with my dad, but after this last experience I am not going back. We walked in like normal and there was only 1 group of people in front of us. They ordered their food and the guy on the grill could not remember what they got for the life of him. We waited for about 15-20min before it was even our turn to order. ONLY 1 group of 2 was in front of us and it took 15 min... So finally we got up to order and I told him that I wanted a Steak Philly, and he looked at me like he had never heard of that before. After another 10-15min the other guy came to make our food and my girlfriends burrito was absolutely horrible. Her chicken was cold right when we sat down to eat. We should have left like the woman behind us did. After the first 10min of waiting we were deciding if we should leave, and looking back we should have. The staff had no idea what was going on, they asked if we wanted fries 5 different times and they could not remember our order. This is the last time I am ever going back and I recommend that you all stay away. It was one of the worst 20 I have ever spent.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say the customer service is always good and they keep the place clean constantly. Prices are affordable and they serve large portions.

They were extremely busy, but they handled it quite well. Not ever having been there before, & picking up a door dash order for a customer, the females at the counter were obviously stressed & frustrated, which made them not the friendliest, or helpful. One told me my customers order was "down there on the counter"! The counter down from her had several bags lined up. The order for my customer was past where you pay, at a completely different counter. Should not assume every customer has been there before & just automatically knows what counter you are speaking of. Being in food & beverage industry since 8yrs old, I realize I can be a restaurant/bar's worst nightmare, or the brightest sunshine they've had come through the door, when giving a review! Don't ever assume every customer knows what & where your speaking so vaguely of. Even when stressed, if you cannot take being "in the weeds" with a smile & kind words to every customer? Then you may want to rethink your career path! That one probably won't be the most pleasant, nor the most profitable! Just sayin......

Went to this store to get lunch today. Employees were rude to customers as well as each other. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order before I left. Employees did not even acknowledge me until I questioned why they were ignoring me. Also, the green peppers and onions were a frozen solid block and the employees were just 'shaving' off the blocks for the sandwiches.
