When I made the online I thought to myself I needed only 4 to 5 hours of sleep so I booked the cheapest hotel in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there to find nice looking hotel with swimming pool at the center area and little fountain in the pool, everything around was neat and clean, the staff fulfilled my needs with great courtesy. In the morning before I left I had a nutritious continental breakfast I knew I'll come back again so I saved it in my favorites places. You're welcome to come and enjoy as well.

So, we booked this hotel through Groupon and honestly, this place was a steal! After reading the reviews, the good and awful, I thought i would post my own review to hopefully set the record straight. I saw reviews saying that this was the best bang for your buck and had no complaints, then I saw another half of people saying that it was dirty, sketchy, and some even mentioned bed bugs?! We stayed in room 114. This room has a king size bed, free wifi/cable, microwave, fridge, cleaning products, and to top it off, a free continental breakfast! The room was very clean and we even checked all of the furniture/mattress. Completely clean! The service there was awesome! Very polite! Really, the only thing I might have negative to say about this place is: - No luggage cart - Rooms we in need of some renovations (which they're already doing) - Fix the spelling on the sign!

I was sadly disappointed. This use to be my favorite place to go with my husband when we needed time away from our kids... Well they are grown now, so I tried to repay the favor. So I rented a room for my son and daughter-in-law to have time away from the kiddos and was super disappointed when I booked my room online I was not told that there was 100 deposit and then I was charged an additional 30 for checking in early even though I had called and the lady I spoke to the day before didn't mention this at all whatsoever. There was also a 17 fee charged to my card but when I asked upon checkout, they stated they had no idea where it came from even though my bank statement States it was charged by the pepper tree inn. But I was surprised when my 30 check-in fee was returned because we had checked out at 7:00 a.m. but that was only because of all the activity throughout the night that we left early. There was also a lot of late night traffic of people in and out of their rooms some drug activity and homeless on the grounds. the room wasn't prepared as I had expected there was no comforter on the bed so it was rather cold if you didn't have the heat running the entire time. They need to make people wear of the 100 deposit as well as early check-in fees. My son and daughter-in-law we're not impressed and I was super embarrassed at the place that I had chosen for them because of all of the illegal activities going on. I will say though, Beaverton Police was highly active there

It is a clean well-run place. The Staffing management or great people. Everybody's friendly it's right by the freeway. Well patrolled by the police. Just an all-around good place to stay.

Very nice rooms, comfortable, pets allowed with deposit and extra fee. Nice large tv, and big comfortable beds. Sadly due to the Covid pandemic, the amazing breakfast is not available, nor is the fitness center. Also, the transit system is not very good if you rely on Trimet.

Not Autistic friendly especially if he is little. If you’re wondering what you damaged you probably used one of the towels. The front office accuses you for stealing a blanket. I know he messed up the sheets and I’m sorry for that but seriously? My kid was disabled but couldn’t get up and down the stairs and the staff made me feel like hell because of it. Also for all of those who wants to know what you damaged? You used a towel.
