Very poor communication. I paid almost 2 weeks ago for a replacement window. The installer came out and the window was not cut correctly. So now I’m waiting with NO communication. Was told it would be in a week prior. I’m now going to just ask for my back and go elsewhere. I don’t recommend this company. I feel horrible even saying what I experienced but don’t want it to happen to another person. It happened during the snow storm and still NOTHING!!!!!! Update.... I spoke with a very nice lady (Kalen?). I’m thankful for people like her. She did everything to make it right. So I guess just be careful and use your own judgment.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER CLEAN AND PROFECIONAL WORK. THE GUYS INSTALLING THE GLASS DOOR DID IT FAST AND WERE REALLY CAREFUL WHEN DRILLING OUR TILES THANK YOU SO MUCH PERFEXTION GLASS FOR SENDING KEN WILSON AND TYLER DUPUIS..REALLY GOOD WORKERS..

I hired these guys to do a window replacement on my residence in September 2020. The installers put a hairline crack in the corner of the front window and broke a tile on a bathroom windowsill. They said they'd be back in two weeks to replace the damage. They came back to fix the windowsill, the window was not touched. They continued to bill me so when I addressed the situation they said I didn't have to pay anything else until the job was finished. In January I was emailed telling me I had to, per a contract I never saw, pay the balance down to 10%. As of today the front window is still cracked and their compromise was I pay for all the windows other than the cracked one. I wouldn't recommend this company which is disappointing considering they were highly recommended.

This place is the BEST business in town when it comes to the customers and the employees! Never seen such quality in there shower doors, window installs commercial or residential they have what you need. Keep up the Amazing work Perfection Crew!
