Outcome of the product was outstanding I’m a very satisfied customer. Victor/ Manuel took time to explain everything as well as walking me through the process. I got my wheels done they look brand new !! Not to mention I came all the way from Seattle shoreline and it was totally worth it! Reasonable prices for an amazing service. Won’t be disappointed

I am amazed this company is still in business. We consulted with Mike, the owner twice before we brought our 24 inch rims in to be powder coated. Mike, my husband and myself came up with an awesome design. The day before Thanksgiving 2015 be dropped off our rims. Mike said 7 to 10 days. Today's date is June 4th 2016 and we still don't have our rims back. Nope that's not a typo. We have gone in there almost every 2 weeks since we took the rims in 7 months ago. Yes 7 months. In those 7 months Mike only attempted to call us 2 times. He backed out of the design he said he could do. He has repeatedly looked us in the eye and lied time and time again. Faye his office manager backs up his lies and comes up with a few of her own. We paid in full when we dropped the rims off for a service and a design that we did and have not got. I write this with no exaggeration. Please be warned, don't take your business to them. This had been a nightmare and for us the nightmare is not over.

Mike and the front office fail to communicate...ever. Mike tells you one thing and you get billed for something else. Even after getting those two together to clarify the discrepancy, up pops another "Late Notice" letter on an invoice they had already cleared in person. Three times later I finally convinced them to stop billing me for the same thing over and over. Mike is a happy-go-lucky guy and makes you feel great about deciding to bring your business there. It's not till after you realize the trap. Highly advise against working with this company...unless you're in to self deprecation.

Terrible place to take your items to be powder coated. Cannot express how disgusted I am with perfection powder coating. Took two wheels there, and they REPEATEDLY messed them up, and took their sweet time doing so. Now, a month (and several trips) later, I have to take the wheels elsewhere to be redone. I've had a fair amount of items powder coated, and I know it does not have to be so complicated. Absolutely ridiculous.

Only if you all knew the real truth about Mike Crandal and Faye Bourne! You all would be disgusted! Will share more later! :) So not only did they steal my buisness which I started and owned they dont pay the bills! They stole my buisness and now I have collections from the buisness they stole from me! Never got a pay check never had my name on the corpertion papers as said! But they use my name and information for my accounts and contacts! Mike Crandal Faye Bourne I have contacted all my vendors! I will be in touch to finesh up the fraud on the 2002 Yellow trans am and the house you stole from me! The biz you can have its already ruined since I have bills in collections and I havnt been their for 6 years! Time to play the game!
