I've been to Performance Audio twice for audio upgrades to my Toyota Camry and Lexus GS 350. On both occasions they exceeded my expectations, with concert sounding audio with a custom installation that looked like it had been done at the factory. Jon is the owner and is dedicated to the satisfaction of his customers.

I cant speak for the work. My complaint is that the sells person was so pushy. I mean wayyyyyyyyy pushy. I get trying to make a sale but it was to much. The price they gave me for the job I wanted done was definitely fair. Hopefully next time I can try the service.

Left numerous messages and made numerous attempts just to have my TV's installed in my brand new SUV with no call back or follow up from them. (Should have been red flags). Had them installed finally and 6 months later, the screen protector fell off. I tried numerous times to contact them leaving messages, no call back. I went to their shop to get this issue fixed, was told "management" will call me. Never got a call back. I called and left numerous more messages and finally got a call back saying "we don't want to deal with the issue, we will find someone else to fix it"! That was 10 days and still no call back! I contacted the TV manufacturer from Florida to report the issue, no call back. Calling BBB next!!!

Terrible communication and they destroyed my car. I brought my classic 1986 930 Porsche to them for a classic radio install. They took 2 weeks to complete. When I picked it up they told me they took it for a test drive cold and redlined it, fracturing the rockers in my engine. We statred the car and it sounded like it had a hammer inside it. They charged me 1725.00 for the instal and rework. I asked them why they took it for a test drive when they were only doing electronics, they stammered. Not the most intelligent guys. I have 10 cars, they have lost all my business. I also had to pay for the flatbed from their place to the mechanic because it was undriveable. Had to pay for the new rocker to be installed as well.
