I was quite satisfied with scheduling a day and time that worked for me. Thank you for showing at at the promised time. Christian and the other worker went above and beyond to make sure they kept area clean (using drop cloths) I live in a condo so the furnace space is a tight area, they vacuumed and wiped up the floor when they were done. Christian showed me how to replace my filters and gave me detailed instructions on how to use my new thermostat. I am highly satisfied with my new Furnace.

My experience with Performance heating and air was very good. They were on time, very professional , courteous and protected my carpets leading to basement . They answered all my questions and concerns and did a thorough job. They did a thorough cleanup as well. They even went beyond the scope of the job to help me with a couple other issues I had . Their customer service (starting with Heather at the office) will stand out to me !! The value they provided me was excellent and as their name states .....they really put on a good PERFORMANCE!!

Looking for a humidifier to be installed. They were very very fair on the price and very upfront about the product going in and what the process entails. I found them through a Google search, nice neat professional website. Called them and the phone call sold me! I would highly recommend them for any hvac. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few pointers as well. no need to shop around, the price is right in line, but the quality and professionalism is unsurpassed!! Thanks!!!!
