Went in for pain/tendinitis/inflammation of the elbow. The staff, Ashley, Keni and of course Beth were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Ibrahim took his time explaining my options. Never felt rushed. Felt comfortable with the decision of getting a cortisone shot. Pain free today. Thank you!

I LOVE Dr M Ibrahim!!! Amazing doctor and Very Knowledgeable and Professional! I had Nerve test of back and neck and injections and if need to I will definitely hands down have Dr Ibrahim do it again. I am pain free!! thanks to him .. I have been fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Ibrahim. He has helped me safely deal with chronic back pain. Beth has been so accommodating and responsive and shows genuine care as a medical assistant. Ashley, Keni and the front desk staff are professional and efficient. I continue to trust PSSM for the treatment of my back pain.
If you’re looking for great place to receive treatment for an injury/pain, this is the place! The front desk staff Ashley and Keni are friendly and responsive; there’s no long hold times when you call and they are very flexible in getting you in at your convenience! The medical assistant Beth is fantastic and super sweet! She was very comforting and reassuring during a first time procedure and her and Dr. Ibraham are both very informative, knowledgeable, and have a great sense of humor to put you at ease! Highly recommend this location.
Truly terrible and dishonest. Go elsewhere. Took advantage of my insurance company as well as myself. Its one thing to take advantage of the insurance company 840 for a telemedicine. (10 min. Call) But to tell a patient their cost is one amount and then charge over 300% of the original price discussed. That's was on top of the 6,843.00 they charged the insurance company. This place is a money grab. Care less of the patients true well being.
