We compared the Lancome La Vie est Belle to similar sizes at Macys, and the price was better, but after getting it home, having been to Macys and tested the scent on my wife's arm there, side by side, the scent of the perfume we purchased was completely different, sharper, and less flowery--apparently a limited edition version. Initially I was very dissapointed with the 100.00 purchase, due to no refunds or exchanges. EDIT: I guessed I was out of luck, though I've since told the shop keeper the situation, calling the number on the receipt, and we did have an agreement to allow an exchange for something that is agreeable.

Rosh, sold me a counterfeit perfume. I could have easily bought a perfume from JCPenny but decided to support a smaller store. He sprayed the perfume on my arm and by time I went to my car I could not smell the perfume (scent was gone from my arm). I went back to the store immediately but the metal gate was locked but he was in the store and did not respond. Cameras all over the store so he saw me on camera and refused to inquire why I was back ( he knew why I was back). Fake goods mixed in with other brands. He even forced me to use my pin so the cash would come out immensely but I said no! I want to use my card as a credit card. BE CAREFUL. BY AT YOUR OWN RISK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Excellent name brand products like Gucci, Prada, Dolce Gabbana, Versace, Creed, Tom Ford etc. Best customer service. Much cheaper than Macy's or Lenox mall.
Horrible experience. Do not buy from this place until you look up product and price on internet. They will sell you product for way over cost. SCAM!
