Staff are all rude, front staff likes to berate and insult patients. Small town politics at it's finest; the facility is only place in the area for help so it uses that to give third rate care to anyone needing it. There are no physicians on staff....you will \ see \ a nurse practitioner via tv \ telemedicine \ for a few minutes and then even then the alleged medical personnel do not seem to know what they are doing. Don't make complaints or voice concerns as they will retalitate against you both in the facility and in town. It's sad people who really need help cannot get it because of lack of professionals at this place. State of Texas really needs to monitor this facility more closely
