Bulk pick up service is terrible. Set date to remove a mattress waited all day never came. Called next morning said were behind would be there by end of day. No one came called again third day was told would be removed by end of day. No one came. Called again was told was rescheduled for following week. LIES LIES LIES. Pay a fortune monthly for this trash company..... service sucks.

3 days late picking up trash. No call from company of what's going on. Either everyone out with covid infection or they are on strike for hazard pay. Would be nice if company would inform the customer. Was promised pick up yesterday, but no one came to our neighborhood. Trash is overflowing my can and now on ground.
Three out of the last four weeks the recycling bin has not been emptied...terrible service but with the pick up and the. Trying to call to report a problem
