We absolutely love our Trailer.. we’ve had some minor issues that took 6 months to get fixed from Richardson’s Rv.. however I finally decided to call Rodrigo the service manager at genesis he made time to get me in to get the issues resolved ASAP. He even took the time to go over some great tips to keeping everything working correctly that Richardson’s didn’t go over.. I just want to say thank you to Genesis for making up for such a frustrating experience with Richardson.

The quality of this coach is like nothing else I’ve ever seen in a toy hauler. I’m truly proud to own a Special Edition.

Great product awesome quality and features you don’t get with other trailers for that price. Love my Genesis 35CR would not buy any other brand. Michelle and Rodrigo are excellent to work with, highly recommended. Excellent customer service thank you.

First off, let me say I take exceptional care of my things. I store my toys in a cooled 40 by 40 building in an effort to keep things nice. I bought a new Genesis Supreme in 2016 custom ordered from the factory. I have used the trailer twice, and I'm not impressed at all. After the second trip, the drain under the kitchen sink completely fell apart (meaning it broke). The plastic used on the drain is ABSOLUTELY the cheapest known to man. Additionally, EVERY faucet fails to work, except the one in the shower. The kitchen sink and vanity faucet just trickle water, as the valves are no good (again, the CHEAPEST faucets I have ever seen). Finally, the trailer frame around the stabilizing jacks is VERY thin. While parked on an uneven surface, I noticed the frame bent a little. This trailer is definitely not durable, or appropriate for non-paved surfaces. Definitely not what I was hoping for.
