Waba Grill in Perris has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, they never welcome or greet. I placed the order online, it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived two minutes early, I knew I had to wait because there were more people first than me, but after a few minutes I saw that people who arrived after me were getting their food. I saw that the cashier was putting more orders ready for pick up in a basket. The woman/cashier never asked if I was there to pick up or if I was there to place an order, she was not very polite. Then a white woman came in and another employee asked her if she was there to pick up an order and the customer said yes, so the employee immediately took the order and gave it to her, but she ignored me. I had waited 12 minutes, so I had to ask about my order, I told her that I was waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. She only asked my name and yes, my order was there, but she never said sorry for the wait, she didn't say a word. Honestly, it was my first time there, but for sure it was my last. Tip: Waba Grill managers or owners should give their employees more good manners talks.

I got a simple chicken bowl, bf got a plate w kale salad and avocado. Food was great. This is a wonderful addition to Perris.
Tired to going to this WABA Grill twice a little after 10am but they were closed with lock on the door both times! Super disappointed because I just wanted to get myself some lunch before work!

I love the food here today wasn't my day I found a hair in my rice bowl .. Nasty... I was going to tell the manager but more customers started coming in so didn't want to make a big deal.. Please fix this and another thing how do u guys run out of beef? Wow well that was my Saturday..

I try to buy a gift card nobody knows how to activate the card so I can’t get one I when to chipotle instead
First time trying Wabagrill was great an fresh tasting ,many options of meats an veggies good menu,the tables and chairs were nice an comfy ,nice place to relax an eat good ,would definitely recommend.
