I was having car issues a week or two ago and happened to be in Perry for a few hours. I called Cribbs to see if they could possibly squeeze me in, even though they would be closing fairly soon. They were kind enough to work on my car and I was so grateful! They are very friendly, their prices are competitive and their service is excellent. Highly recommend these guys!

I never write reviews, but I thought I had to in this case. I was driving back from Tallahassee where I had been working all week, to my home in Palm Beach County. I was very lucky in that I was within three quarters of a mile of Cribbs when my wheel bearing went out on my right front wheel. I called Triple AAA, and while I was waiting I called a few garages I found on the Internet, and also rental car companies in case I needed a car to keep going. The rental car companies were located in Tallahassee and Live Oak and had no interest in helping me out. A couple of garages I called said that they may be able to fit me in by the following Tuesday. I was now thinking I would have to get a hotel room and hole up in Perry for three days instead of get home for the weekend. Luckily for me, I then called Cribbs & Sons. The owner, Jimmy, got on the phone and I explained my problem. He told me he would look at the car right away considering my circumstances. Triple AAA showed up and then dropped me at Cribbs. Jimmy had a mechanic waiting for me. They put the car up on the lift and I asked where I could gets something to eat. They pointed me to the gas station across the street. After I ate lunch at the gas station, I came back and they were taking my car down off of the lift. They had fixed the bearing, and for a very fair price. When I was paying the bill, Jimmy offered me some donuts from the bakery down the street. The whole experience went from one of dread to one where you feel good about people again. I was back on the road less than two hours after I broke down in a place I had never been before. Instead of being stuck in a hotel for three days, I got home for dinner. I can't recommend these people highly enough. It could have been a long few days. If you are traveling through Perry and have a problem with your car, stop here. These folks will take care of you. I have a “Intimidator” electric all terrain utility vehicle that quit charging. Cribbs and Sons are my closest dealer at 98 miles. They were worth the drive. Friendly, fair and honest. I only wish they were closer to me. Thank you Jimmy !!
