I ordered my son a smoker for a housewarming gift. Steve was very accommodating from beginning to end. They actually held the smoker for a couple of weeks while he was away doing some professional training. They shipped it on a Monday and it was in Asheville NC on Wednesday. Horizon Smokers are in my opinion one of the finest smokers on the market.
The owner and the guys that work there are extremely helpful. They helped me customize the best present for my husband ever!
