Park on the shoulder and walk to the guard shack. Takes a while to check in. Wait to be called with a door. Plenty of room to maneuver. I had them at 3 stars until they told me the scale cost 10 dollars.
Came in on sunday, dropped trl at wash building, bobtailed up to gravel by guardshack, checked in, grabbed loaded trl, checked out, and down the road in 20 minutes. Thats how it should be everytime!
Not a trucker, but can attest that the security is terrible. Not only is it slow, its just plain BAD. Im a construction inspector and was dispatched to the wrong address -security let me into the facility with no questions, just a hardhat and a clipboard.
Appointment was at 1 arrived at 5 gave me door right away and i was out before 7
