I am extremely pleased with everyone at the VA. I truly believe they care about all of us. The problem with the VA is not the personnel on the front lines. It is bureaucratic insanity at the top. There should never be an instance where a Veteran can not receive immediate care. We have paid the price for this and we all deserve the same care as the muckety mucks at the top of the healthcare chain. AGAIN, I have nothing but the deepest respect and appreciation for everyone who continues to help ALL Veterans. Management could take lessons from the wonderful care providers give us, and make note of the stress they face daily because of upper management. Pretty quick and efficient. Had to take my mother in for an appointment. It wasn't too busy and they were very great on COVID precautions.

In and out, staff is always friendly. The checking process is far to complicated due to the kiosks, but that is no fault of the clinic. Glad to come here for my health needs.

Cant get them on the phone. Nurse never calls back. Nurse telling me Im schefuled for surgery out of the blue. Havent seen my Dr in months.

I wasn't sure which facility to go to for lab work and when I arrived at the Perry VA they were accommodating and took me in as a walk in lab work. I'm thankful for their assistance.
