I vape Breeze bars in strawberry banana flavor and asked for a recommendation on a refillable vape. I spent 60 bucks for a Renow Zero, extra mesh pods and juice. I was given a great explanation on how this device works and went on my way. It’s been 3 days now and I’m trowing this device in the trash. It was clear that I wanted flavor but this thing is nothing but harshness in my throat. I went back to buy a different juice and it’s the same thing. I called to see what they could do and was told there is nothing to be done. Since I made it clear that I wanted a easy to use flavorful vape and got the complete opposite, I feel like I was up sold instead of taken care of. My wants and needs were ignored. On a positive note, the guy I talked to had a great taste in music and the store was clean. Customer service on the other hand is beyond incompetent
