I buy their meat because it is ethically raised and they are always very kind and friendly at the farmers market. Not only do I feel like I matter to them but it gives me the impression their animals do also. I also really like the flavor of the meat.

Call ahead and ask what cuts of pork and beef they have available before you make the drive. And ask for a farm tour! If you've got time, it's a delightful walk in the grassland and mixed woods to see where spectacular animals live and grow.
