My 50 year old Persian rug was smelly and in need of repair. Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly and he explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, he also suggested the proper type of pad to put under the rug. The repaired strings at each end of the rug came out so clean and nicely trimmed. I will recommend to friends and use them again.
