Chef Sam is by far one of a kind! My wife and i hired Sam for our anniversary dinner. Not only did Chef Sam deliver on what we discussed, Chef Sam gave us his heart and soul on every course. Chef Sam is very polite, easy to work with, honest and upfront about everything and boy can he cook! After Chef Sam left my wife snd I tried to figure out the logistics of having him cook for our family full time! By far one of the best dining experiences of my life! Highly recommend him but i will warn you my wife and I are still working out the numbers to have him full time! So better get him before we do!! Thank you Chef Sam and hopefully we will be seeing you soon!

He created a menu that went along with the theme that went way above my expectations!!! He is very creative and it shows in his presentation. Chef Sam was extremely accommodating and provided more than enough food to enjoy. As you progress through the various courses of your choosing, Sam will describe each course. If one is interested, Sam will divulge details while preparing each course, and he will point out what flavors will be prominent as you savor each bite. He is very professional, easy to work with and his food is out of this world! Through the entire process of working with Chef Sam, from start to finish, you can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and the client themselves. There’s not enough stars on here to give Chef Sam. 5 stars is not enough! We will be using his services again for any and every opportunity we get! After our event my wife asked me if it’s possible financially to hire Chef Sam full time to cook for our family. If we could i would. Do yourself a favor and book Chef Sam before someone does get to enjoy him and his food full time. No one compares to Chef Sam!
