Been trying since June to get to speak to an agent fix a issue one of the agents did I can't get through to speak to some one or when I dont get through I answer my phone and as soon as I say hello they hang up

The worst.. during this covid-19 you would think that they would want to help as many people as possible instead they remain close your phone system doesn't work online is not working. Terrible when people need their money do most

Not easy. Parking garage does not tell you price. I think it is .25 an hour. Bring cash. I went upstairs and talk to 2 people, who pointed towards the phone. The only person who helped me was the person on the phone. This was the first time in 30 years of working for me.

I was surprised. In a good way. Had a question, could not get a hold of anyone over the phone. At the Center I've met Ingrid and Neil. They had answers, knew exactly what I needed to do. 50 minutes later I was done and my case resolved. Amazing.
