The staff was very friendly and helpful, however they seemed a little understaffed. We adopted a beautiful kitty. Her name is Valentine.

They neglect to tell people that some pets have serious medical issues, I adopted a dog and they didn't tell me that it needed eye surgery because it was going blind and that it also needed medications daily. They never told me the dog had mental issues either, they knew I had small kids in the house and he was so mental that a correction collar never fazed him, they didn't tell me he was aggressive and like I said I have small children in the house. They didn't tell me he was a pit mix (I don't have issues with pits) they said he was a boxer and they refused to tell me that he came from a neglected abused previous home. He was also heart worm positive and now I have to make sure my partners dog doesn't get heart worms from the dog! They also told me if it didn't work out then bring him back before 10 days for a refund and I did so but never received the refund! I just hope they used my money they stole from me to give the dogs the real medical care they need! Go somewhere else to adopt pets, this place is a joke!
