This has been my primary vet for the past 4 years, and after thinking about it they have not treated me or my pet the care we deserve. The receptionist never failed to rude to me, whether it be on the phone or in person. Always cut me off when talking and dismissed any concerns I had. The vet himself also told me not to worry, when I was concerned about my dog having an allergic reaction to a vaccine. He let me know there was no chance of that happening, and still gave him the vaccine. My dog had an allergic reaction to it, was panting and shaking for 3 days and when I called them about it the receptionist was rude, said it was normal and hung up.

First time going to this pet hospital, they were very Pleasant and kind. Took care of my cat.
Incompetent doctors. They did not treat our dog with any sort of professionalism or seriousness. They neglected treatment for the dog, even after we told them about a case of poisoning. They told him to drink water and eat a laxative (which said on the package that it was for CATS ONLY) and it would naturally go away. Considering the ingestion of grapes is deadly, a competent doctor would've immediately given induced vomiting to the dog. Such stupid practice, they should immediately have their licenses revoked and this place should be shut down.
