The only good customer service I got from this business is that they answered the phone. Other than that she wasn't very nice. I had an emergency situation for a service she did in the past and advertised on her website but her response that she continued to repeat is \I don't know you\. I don't think you know any new customers but that shouldn’t be the reason you decline a service. If you are looking for help I recommend Debs Dog Care. She was much nicer and helpful.
