Copperfield's Books is a gem in Petaluma. Excellent service, great variety and a lower level featuring used and vintage books like these from L Frank Baum and the Land of Oz. Buy a book or three and enjoy.

I can't gush about Copperfield's Books enough. They have an excellent selection of books, including a robust variety of books written by Black and Indigenous People of Color. Check out their Black Voices Matter window while you're there. I also love the non-book goodies, such as cards, candles, bookmarks, journals, and other nice gifts. We were in the store tonight to pick up a few books, including George Orwell's 1984. The employee who helped me not only showed me where to find 1984, he enthusiastically recommended another title that inspired Orwell to write 1984. Best bookstore in the North Bay! We are so lucky to have our downtown Petaluma location. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a great selection of rare, collectible books (and new books, too). Wonderful place to go for cards and gifts. A true community hub.
One of the best bookstores around. Great selection, huge gift selections, and novelty items for all ages. And a whole basement of previously owned publications.
