I bought metal salad servers and after a couple of months of use, the “gold” began peeling away. I took them back, assuming they would at the least give me store credit. Instead, I was told I needed a receipt, and their policy was 30 days, etc. Who keeps a receipt for salad servers? When I protested, I was told to go to the manufacturer! They have lost a customer....

I am new to Petaluma and find this a wonderful community asset. The people are kind and helpful. Merchandising is lovely. And if they don’t have it, you don’t need it—-but I’m sure they DO have it.
