I was helped by a very wonderful lady who I think was the manager. She was very nice and accommodating. I purchased a tag for my cat from a different Petco and wanted to know if they could help me look up the code from the receipt I no longer had. I did not explain I got the tag from a different Petco and she told me they don't carry the same information as that other Petco but helped out by exchanging the tag and essentially getting me a new code. Not only that but she saw they charged me for two tags and she was able to refund my money. Honestly she made my day what a great person.

We are looking for rabbit but they don't have it , we end up getting a dwarf hamster and it's so cute , we love it and kids like it too , i think this is better than a rabbit , because its is less work to clean it , the good thing are , everyone is happy hehehe . Including the dwarf hamster .
After an extensive search for our new little fellow (bearded dragon) we found one here ! Danielle was exceptional!!!! She answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. She was able to price match the terrarium and gave us a great deal! I am extremely pleased with this location, and their staff! P.s I didn't do much shopping around, I did see fish, cats, lizards. Snacks, toys, supplies.
Wasnt impressed. Prices seemed higher than Pet Smart and wasn't as organized. Definitely will stay shopping at Pet Smart.

Changing my review from 5 to 1 star. The last 3 visits the employees have been incredibly rude, and on this particular occasion I waited for assistance in aquatics for almost 30 minutes before I walked out. It's a shame, my first visits here were wonderful
