Very great customer service from Katrina. I was there to dispute some property taxes and Katrina was so nice I almost wanted to pay it twice over. Please don’t go in there and be mean to the staff

i HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES ON THE VOICE MAIL OF BRITTANY ARTIST AND 2 FOR KENNETH PRITCHETT AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. i HAVE BEEN LEAVING 1 DAY DAY FOR THE PAST DAYS. i AM BEING CHARGED FOR LATE TAX FEES THAT ID O NOT OWE FOR REAL ESTATE. HOW CAN YOU GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK DOWN THERE??? HELP I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO GO DOWN THERE TO GET ASSISTANCE.
