Because they dont have envelopes to put your paperwork in anymore. They are hard to find now. And there office isnt open to get copies made of paperwork anymore.there closed sign is off the side of the doors it should be on the doors they should have instructions on what to do with your paperwork not just leave it for you to guess.

Truly awful service. No one answers their phones. This is one of the reasons that phone answering services should not be allowed to government offices. As you can see in the photo, a lot of the time, no one is there.

Litterally playing games with peoples lives. My \casworker\ said she called and NEVER DID! I have had to call numerous times just to be told i cant have expidited help AFTER 7 DAYS! No one knows anything ever. No one saw that someone gad basiclly tried to open and shut my case! They just have been giving me BS! Especially with this SHUT DOWN! the caseworker doesnt even have a direct line. U have to leave a message on the number for the whole office

I've been trying to get in touch with my Case worker for 3mos. to close my case before the deadline. He does not return my calls or pickup the phone.

This has to be the WORST dss that I have ever worked with. They literally NEVER answer the phone at the help desk. My case worker NEVER answers the phone. It is just an unorganized mess. I needed to drop off a review form. Just drop it off and literally had to take a number and wait to be called. (30 mins) There was no drop box or any other quick method to this madness.
