This place was a welcome surprise. Found it on Google and took a chance that it would be good and it was. There was indoor and outdoor seating with full waitress service that was quite good. The food was delicious and the options were interesting and went well together. Also, the prices could not be beat. Definitely recommend.

Great local Barbecue in Petersburg. Always great service, exceptional barbecue and good beer selections. They are also doing all of the right things to protect the customers and employees during these unusual times.
Brisket was good! No slaw or extra sauce though. The chicken street tacos were loaded with hot sauce. Kinda ruined them for me. Service was ok. She didn’t check on us until we were done eating.
This is our family’s FAVORITE BBQ spot! The brisket is amazing. Saucy’s not only has great BBQ but also they add flavorful ingredients to their slaw, 3 bean salad and sweet potato sides. The staff is always so cheerful which makes it a pleasant experience. Special shout out to Nikki who is always smiling ️
This was some of the best BBQ that I’ve had. They had plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade. We ordered the Saucy Sampler, brisket sandwich, fried Mac and cheese balls, grits, Mac and cheese, kale and beans, cornbread, and peanut butter pie. Everything was delicious, especially the sides. The semi sweet tea and lemonade were bottomless, and service was very good. They even offered to give us another refill of our beverages for the road.
