Unreliable and untrusted. Installed used equipment and have been having problems with our ductless ac/heating Klimaire units ever since. The electric hot water heater has been a big waste as well. Had to call Better Business Bureau on him to swap out a non-working unit. He replaced the unit with a used one from his own home and it still does not work correctly. Makes false claims on how the equipment works and makes excuses when it works incorrectly. Arrives late to every scheduled appointment. Far and away, worst service to date I have ever received for any home service. EDIT ON 6/23/17 - do a bit of research and you'll find more complaints online about him and his terrible service. Same problems with units that persist. Don't trust this snake oil salesman.

You should hope to never have a problem with the equipment as you will NEVER get service. We bought the Midea mini-splits from Pete. 2 compressors and 5 blowers. He gave a 5 year warranty. After 4 years we have not had a single year that all of the units worked right. It got to the point that Midea replaced both compressors. I'm not sure which is worse... The Midea brand or the support from Pete. When I had issues with the unit he would schedule an appointment and just not show up. This happened over 14 times and when he did finally show up he saw nothing wrong with getting me to take off of work to wait around for him without so much as a phone call to cancel. When Midea sent a replacement compressor it sat in my yard for SIX MONTHS waiting to be installed. When he showed up to replace the compressor he got to my home at 9pm and though it was ok using power tools outside until 2am. I didn't mind as I needed the units to work but my neighbors were not too happy. When friends and family were looking to have unit installed I always advised them to go anywhere other than where I made the mistake of buying them. Here we are in the summer and only 2 out of the 5 units are working and Pete is no where to be found. When I contacted Midea they told me that they get a lot of calls about him and his poor service, yet he is still a vendor for them. I am in the process of finding another HVAC company that could service the Midea brand equipment in hopes of salvaging what was a high priced purchase that just never worked.
