Where's the pets?! Last year there were tons of dogs that filled their pens with cuteness and personality. This year, (probably because of covid) the store seemed very dead and only had a few dogs to look at. Petland is a expensive place to buy your new family member, but they keep the place pretty clean and organized. Overall, I gave them a 4 star because I know that its only covid that killed the energy from this place. I can't wait until they return with full strength!

Petland seems like an amazing place to find a puppy. But you need to beware of somethings before purchasing one of these overpriced dogs. I recently got a dog from this location and I thought everything was great. They show you wonderful pictures and make you believe you're buying top dogs. The reality is these dogs are from puppy mills. These dogs are not taken care of properly and it will cost you hundreds more to fix the problems. After purchasing my dog from petland I took her to my vet. My vet informed me she's had many petland puppies come thru her doors, and they all have one thing in common. They have all tested positive for giardia. This disease is treatable but will cost you hundreds to cure. It can also be spread to humans. So before getting a cute adorable puppy from this place make sure you want everything that the puppy comes with. It was not a task I would have knowingly taken.

Went here to find a puppy for my grandmother who lives alone. Not going to lie, was nervous about buying a puppy from a mall pet store. But Young, the gentleman that helped me out was so professional and really helped me understand the process to purchase a puppy from Petland. We walked out with an adorable female dachshund that my grandmother absolutely adores. Thank you Young for making this a stress free and enjoyable experience.

My family and I went to the Mall of Georgia just to see the puppies. We live pretty far from that mall but Yanna made the experience worth the drive. She was very pleasant and was always smiling. She was very patient with us when we asked to play with numerous dogs. She was very informative and knew her stuff whenever we asked questions. I'd say she made the experience very enjoyable!!!!!!!! :)
