I toured Valley Vista about a month ago and although I ended up buying in another area of town, I had to share my experience. Amber Rees showed me the community and she was so pleasant. I felt she had a genuine care for my families needs and was extremely responsive. Touring so many communities, we had many different experiences. Our time with Amber was truly refreshing. Ask for Amber!

Phenomenal Service! Pacesetter Homes definitely exceeded my expectations. Working in the financial industry, I've come across many horror stories when it came to the home buying process, so as a first time home buyer, I was expecting my experience to be a bit rocky to say the least. Fortunately, I came across Pacesetter Homes via Facebook and decided to give them a visit. Upon my first visit with Alisha at Vistas of Austin, I knew I came to the right place. Alisha was amazing throughout the whole process! I really appreciated the weekly updates from her and Gerardo (many kudos to him too!) and I could always count on a fast response for any of my questions. I honestly felt like their only client given the VIP treatment I received. If you're in search of an honest, reliable and overall awesome builder, you should definitely consider Pacesetter Homes!

Was on the VIP list. Visited community and finalized the decision about 2 months they were selling. Made an appointment to pick a lot and sign a contract. Salesman was over 30 minutes late went and bought bottled water. Then told me we are not selling homes. They are making a list for 10 a month. I told the salesman I was already on the list the VIP list. He said they don't do a VIP list. Well go on pacesetter web site and every new coming soon they say sign up on our VIP list to get first priority and info before the public. Well I guess the Salesperson is not aware of the company's methods. So they lost my buisness. Bought from a different builder.

We looked for a home for several months. We came across a new build from Pacesetter Homes that was exactly what we were looking for. The sales rep, Michelle Morrison, was incredibly helpful and made the buying process go smoothly. Our Pacesetter Home is a quality build and we received excellent customer service from Michelle. We highly recommend Michelle and Pacesetter Homes to anyone looking for a home.
