We had a great experience. My 5 year old had a rash on his neck and they made him feel very comfortable and welcome. When we were leaving my son asked for a sticker and the front desk person was so upset that she didn’t have one to give him. A few days later he got an envelope in the mail full of stickers! So thoughtful!!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Lain at Sanova Dermatology and we love how patient and thorough he is. He is conscientious and always willing to explain skin issues or procedures. His staff, and in particular, this past appointment- Judy at the front desk- is compassionate and helpful. I was worried about what was going on with my skin issue and Judy was so nice and got me in quickly so I didn't have to spend several days worrying. Stephanie, who assisted Dr. Lain, was also extremely professional and friendly. We appreciate this practice and are glad to have them to take care of us.

Great when I went in for my appointment, clean office, and the prescription I received works well. The prescription lasts a long time so I don’t need to fill often, I left the tube at my parents house and called to get a sample tube until I can make it back to my hometown and couldn’t get one, I was told I’d have to call the pharmacy and get refilled. Very disappointed in that! If I refill it I will have enough for the next few years which I don’t need!
