So I pay my rent every month here and I’ve been here for over a year. A few months ago, they falsely claimed I didn’t pick up my dog poop, so they charged me 50 when the fee is suppose to be 25. I have told them that they made a mistake, but they refuse to listen. Now they are threatening me for the money, and have charged me over 400 in late fees in the middle of this pandemic. Isn’t that illegal, due to the global pandemic? Well obviously they don’t care.

Hands down best community I’ve ever visit. I am personally not looking to move until March 2021 but I must say the office team is amazing. Tierza and Judy are both so friendly and welcoming. I am excited to move here in the future. I also have friends that live here and never have any issues. Parking isn’t that great but the complex is almost full so it’s expected. And problems you do have the office associates are on it promptly. Maintenance is great too. Can’t wait to make stone hill my new home !

You will love the office and maintenance staff while living here which is why I'm adding an additional star to my review. They are very attentive regardless to previous reviews. My main concerns are how cheaply built the apartments are. You will hear upstairs, downstairs, and side neighbors every move! Doors closing, conversations, showers turn on, light walking, refrigerator closing, and the list goes on. They built these new apartments to make them look nice while lacking quality. Not enough amenities here for the price they are charging. The good thing is is that you will love how the pool looks, the gym is great and you are next to a lot of dining and shopping stores. Neighbors aren't so friendly... always arguing here throughout the entire complex. Overall, I would say take your money elsewhere unless you want to spend money on hollow apartments that look nice with great staff. Thanks stone hill for providing me with a place to stay this past year and I wish you all the best!

Such a beautiful community!! The apartments are brand new and luxurious, but with great value on the price. The staff is also incredibly friendly. On a side note, they have handled the COVID situation incredibly professionally, without a reduction in the quality of service, which is super important to me as someone who has to take immunosuppressants. I'll definitely renew!

Stone Hill Apartments don’t feel like an apartment. My Fiancé and I had been looking high and low for the perfect apartment in the right location, will all the amenities we need and the perfect price, and we couldn’t find anything! we were disappointed with a handful of other apartment complexes. We were driving by Stone Hill when we decided to look up their prices and what they had available. They had the PERFECT apartment available, the best amenities, and the price was EXACTLY what we needed!! We called and Tierza Clark helped us out, and she made the process so seamless. She answered all of our questions, provided exactly what we needed, and has been overall the most helpful person in this experience. We ended up getting approved the next day! The move went way so quick! We LOVE our apartment, we LOVE all the amenities, and so far we’ve been taken care of greatly!! If you’re even on the fence about Stone Hill Apartments, trust me on this, go for it!!
