If you have appointment, no where does it state that you would be getting off your car. i waited 45 minutes till i found out i had to get off my car to change the title on the vehicle. Who would know that the door is in the back of the building. When you drive up you see all the cars in line, you suppose and hope that is the process, but no if you have an apt you have to go to the back of the building. There are ladies going out to your car trying to take care of the line, but no sign, nobody telling you get off your car if you have an appointment. Missed my appointment, they could not assist me in taking in consideration that i was in line for 45 minutes. Horrible experience

Was good. Lines are long, but I expected that. I dont expect or care about customer service at a tax office or dmv lol. but surprisingly I got a pretty good service at this location. She seemed very kind.

Get ready to wait in long, slow, lines only to have to explain to the clerk how vehicle titling works. More than once I've had to correct their clerks on what the law is only to have them tell me I'm correct after they go check it on the internet, then they still make mistakes on the paperwork.

I cannot brag about my experience with this office enough! I came into the office to Register my Vehicle from my previous state to Texas.I'd lived here before about 12 years ago and I remember how agonizing the process could be. I came in and grabbed my number, and the forms that I needed to complete were readily available to me with a clipboard and pen. In the time that I was done filling everything out (which was about 15 minutes as I needed to head back out to my car for the odometer reading and Super Tuesday voting was taking place), I was called to one of the counters. First of all, shame on me for not getting this lady's name because she was a GEM! Her customer service and client-facing demeanor was AMAZING! Being from out-of-state, I was overly prepared and looked over what was needed in advance, but she was very helpful in outlining exactly what was needed and collecting the payment. She also gave me further information on getting my TX Drivers License when I am ready to change this over as well. She mentioned that this process may be a little \painful\ not having a physical address to receive my mail and only a PO Box currently, but I am happy for the heads up! Thank you all so much for the experience and a memorable welcome back home. :0)

Just to let readers know that because of the COVID19 situation, they have only the drive through service open. Thanks for that! The service was super quick.
