We visited Ashley’s yesterday. Our intention was to LOOK at the recliners and possibly sofas. Jacob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A couple of hours later, thanks to wonderful customer service and “smiling faces” (behind face masks) we left not only with a recliner, but a sofa and king size mattress. Jan and Jacob are an awesome team. We will definitely recommend Ashley to everyone. A pleasant experience (we had not purchased furniture in a while). We are very excited with our purchases and look forward to many relaxing years in our bed and living room furniture.

AFTER YOU BUY, EXPECT WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN AS SOON AS YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE. Worst customer service. I spend over 6,500 on this store. We bought a living room set. Supposedly best leather Ashley had. Recliners ripped and called customer service and they couldn’t do anything about it. Table for living room came damage and they could replace it. Battery pack for recliners gave out 3 months after we bought them, since they don’t carry same battery pack they can’t replace them. In others words, we r struck with a ripped recliner, damage table, broken battery pack, and 6500 bill. If you complain there put their puppy face on.
Honestly this was the best Customer service I’ve ever had in my life, Janelle was AMAZING!! I didn’t feel anything but excited and she helped us at every single turn! I definitely recommend this store for your furniture needs! They work with you and help you with every step! Incredible! This was my first time coming to this store and I’ll definitely be back because of her!
I should of read the reviews before purchasing, most reference similar customer service that we have had. Our sales rep was good, but the call center for deliveries is poor. You will receive a delivery date but Ashley will change it and delay, delay, delay. We purchased 12/26, finally was delivered 2/9 damaged. Manny delivered and had good customer skills. The bed rails were damaged and delivered 2/13. The delivery tech was rude, in a horrible mood, and failed to even say thank you when he left. They were short bolts to attach the head board, so now we have a 2/19 date to install the head board. Would think that they would carry extra hardware to provide service, but they don’t. The local store doesn’t answer their phone, or return a call if you leave a message asking for a return call. The stress level from Ashley is unacceptable. I note on numerous review complaints customers are asked to send in details. Maybe you could look up the order by name and have a manager call your customer.
Very pleasant shopping experience, Ms. Rosie B. was such an incredible help, she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our home.
