This is the worse office ever!!! Front office staff are not organized. The doctors need to get new front office staff. They make appointments for your child without your knowledge. To add, they have the nerve to call and say you missed an appointment when you never made the appointment. No team work at all. I work for a doctor and this is by far the worse service ever. Such a shame because the front office reflects the doctors. They need to shape up. I am not sure what the office manager is doing but this reflects on her too. Simple as that!!!

Ok, the girl on the front needs a little more experience but she helped me a lot through a process, even a doctor came and help me with my son, they help to avoid waste my money and even the doctor gave me instructions. Good service, They work on Saturday which is nice.

I would give this place a negative 0 if I could. Such a shame I thought there was nice people there but I was wrong. Instead of talking to me like adults they unhired when I already had the job, and just had gotten the job. We couldve worked something and i would’ve understood if y’all didn’t want to pay for my unauthorized hours but instead just tell me over the phone “we don’t you’re the right person for the job” SO IRENE I WAS NOT FIRED/TERMINATED. Y’all just didn’t give me the job anymore. But it’s okay! I pray the next person that gets this job doesn’t trust anyone at this clinic. Have a good day!

My experience with this office bad. The girls in the front have no clue how to run an office. Whenever I take my little girl in the PA's are awesome. I always ask if she has a follow up appointment and I'm always told bring her in if she continues with problem. Then 2 weeks later I get a call oh your daughter has appointment tomorrow or I get a nice letter saying you missed your appointment. How in the world am I supposed to show up when you dont tell your patients they have appointments. Then I get a response \oh we didn't know she needed a follow up\ . How can you not know? Do you all not know how to read doctors notes? The office manager needs to retrain her staff or get new ones. I only stick around because the hours are convenient for me but as soon as I find another office with similar hours then I'm taking my little girl somewhere else.

Honestly this place is the worst. The doctor came in didn't smile or nothing literally came in with a straight face and says \hi put the baby on the table\ checks her real quick and then says \everything looks fine no infection seems like a virus bring her back if she continues with a fever\ then proceeds to walk out. I could barely hear him talking and he seemed to not even care AT ALL. I stopped him to tell him whay pharmacy and he made a mad face and picked up his hands making a sign to stop and says \I'll bring someone in so you can tell them that\ uh are you serious? NEVER coming here again they don't care.
