They don’t give the little guy a chance. Prefer to help only contractors. We were willing to buy 4 slabs, cash in hand and they said that 1 slab was on hold. They needed to give a courtesy call to the contractor that had it on hold. Told us they would hold the other slabs for us and placed paid stickers on them. Had to keep calling them for days to get an update. Decided to just get the 3 slabs and turns out they sold them! Didn’t give us the same courtesy call that they gave the contractor. We were heartbroken because we fell in love with those selections and now our house is on hold until we can find something new. We were always so respectful and kind, but because we’re one time buyers with no contractor, they didn’t care to be respectful towards us. Didn’t even apologize or anything. So disappointed with their customer service.

Great service and great product. I had a problem with my contractor but these guys were very professional about it. They showed us slab after slab until we were satisfied. We are very satisfied with our product and would recommend Earthly Stone to any buyer.
Great selection of stone material. We visited several other stone dealers in the Valley but were not completely satisfied with our selections or their prices. Jerry was great in helping show off his selections. Instantly found the perfect rock for our island as well as the material for the rest of our home countertops. Price was great. When our countertop guy broke our island material, Jerry and his son worked with us to get the worker to replace the entire slab as well as connecting us with other countertop workers. (Beware with Mr Granite, decent work but no follow up and left me hanging on finishing my project) Jerry also offered tips on sealing our Quartzite material.
