I went to put gas in my suv and it gave me an option to wash it for 8.99. Going against my better judgment I said why not. So I finished fueling up and went around to get a wash. So not only did my suv stay dirty it scratched my paint all the way around. All 4 doors have deep scratches same goes for my hood I spoke the the store manager to put a complaint and he told me H.E.B. doesn't own the carwash. He wrote an incident report got my info and said they will get the owners to contact me. Its been 5 days and nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THE CARWASH.

Their air machine did not work, I complained to the attendant and he said call the number. He couldn't refund me. When I called the options were for existing owners of the machine Horrible customer service
on good days the gas is cheaper than other stations
